Judge Jeffrey Warnick (Ret.) served as an Associate Judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County from 2009 to 2025. During his tenure in the Law and Municipal Divisions, he presided over a wide range of civil bench and jury trials, contested motion hearings, and settlement conferences where he settled 92% of those conferences. He also served in the Chancery Division.

With a legal career spanning more than 45 years as both a litigator and judge, Judge Warnick offers deep insight and seasoned judgment in his current practice as a mediator and arbitrator, helping parties resolve disputes efficiently and effectively outside the courtroom.  He is known to be a workaholic and be completely prepared before trials and settlement conferences.
